In the fall of 2016, the Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB) awarded FVPSA grants under the Specialized Services for Abused Parents and Children (SSAPC) program to 12 capacity building projects to serve as leaders for improving responses to children, youth and parents experiencing domestic violence.
From 2016-2020, the Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB) awarded FVPSA grants under the Specialized Services for Abused Parents and Children (SSAPC) program to 12 capacity building projects to serve as leaders for improving responses to children, youth and parents experiencing domestic violence. Each of the 12 grantees implemented a variety of prevention and intervention strategies in addition to conducting local evaluations to improve outcomes for parent and child survivors.
