White Supremacy Culture - Still Here - Promising Futures

Many organizations unconsciously use characteristics of white supremacy as their norms and standards, making it difficult, if not impossible, to open the door to other cultural norms and standards. As a result, many organizations, while saying we want to be anti-racist and multicultural, really only allow “others” to belong if they adapt or conform to already existing cultural norms.
