Foothill Family builds brighter futures by empowering children and families in our community to overcome challenges and achieve success in relationships, school, and work. Rooted in caring since 1926, Foothill Family provides a broad range of community-based mental health and social services to at-risk children and families in the San Gabriel and Pomona Valleys, Glendale, and Burbank.
In Partnership with Pomona’s Promise, Project Sister Family Services, House of Ruth, and San Gabriel Valley Conservation Corp., Foothill Family has created the Pomona Family Violence Treatment Network. Our focus is to reduce incidents of domestic violence amongst families, youth, and children in the Pomona community through in-home supportive service models, evidence-based and best practice group treatment approaches to parenting, dating, and addressing child trauma, and providing ongoing training to community based organizations to increase Pomona’s access to domestic violence focused care.
